1. Privacy contact
For questions about privacy, cookies, and data processing on this site, contact us at [email protected].
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a site. They allow information to be remembered across pages and visits. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage, pixels and device identifiers.
3. Categories used on this site
Optional cookies are only loaded after your explicit permission. No box is pre-ticked, and rejecting is as easy as accepting.
Necessary
Essential for the site to work and stay secure: they keep your language preference, record your own cookie choice, and allow the contact form to be submitted with abuse protection. The site does not work properly without them, so they cannot be turned off.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller and preliminary procedures at the data subject's request (LGPD art. 7, IX and V), limited to what is indispensable for the site to work securely.
Analytics and performance
Help us understand how people navigate the site — pages viewed, traffic source and errors — so we can improve content and performance. Statistics are used in aggregate.
Legal basis: Data subject's consent (LGPD art. 7, I).
Marketing and advertising
Let us measure campaign results and show more relevant ads on Meta platforms, including attributing contacts sent through the form to the matching campaign.
Legal basis: Data subject's consent (LGPD art. 7, I).
4. Cookie list
The table below describes the cookies this site may store. Third-party cookies may be created by the provider on its own domain; in those cases the retention period is defined by the provider.
Necessary
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
i18next | Mirtilo Labs (first party) | Stores the selected language so the site is displayed correctly. | 10 minutes |
mirtilo_cookie_consent | Mirtilo Labs (first party) | Records your cookie choice and the policy version accepted. Contains no personal data. | 6 months |
Analytics and performance
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google LLC | Distinguishes visitors to produce aggregate usage statistics (Google Analytics 4). | 2 years |
_gid, _gat* | Google LLC | Distinguishes visitors and throttles requests to Google Analytics. | 24 hours (_gid); 1 minute (_gat*) |
Marketing and advertising
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp | Meta Platforms, Inc. | Identifies the browser to measure conversions and attribute results to campaigns. | 90 days |
_fbc | Meta Platforms, Inc. | Stores the ad click identifier that brought you to the site. | 90 days |
5. Data sharing
When you allow the optional categories, browsing data is shared with the providers of those tools, which act under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (analytics category).
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel and Conversions API (marketing category).
Data submitted through the contact form is processed to respond to your request and may be handled by the email and internal notification services contracted by the controller: Resend.
6. International transfer
The providers listed above may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the LGPD and on the contractual instruments adopted by each provider, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and recognized certifications where applicable (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, used by Google LLC).
7. Server-side measurement
When the marketing category is allowed, submitting the contact form may also generate an event sent from our server to Meta's Conversions API, with hashed data for campaign attribution. If you reject the marketing category, that event is not sent.
8. How to change or withdraw your consent
You can review your decision at any time through the “Cookie preferences” button available in the footer of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting.
- When you withdraw a category, we stop new events and delete that category's cookies stored on this site's domain.
- Cookies written directly by third parties on their own domains cannot be deleted by us; use your browser settings or the provider's tools.
- Third-party scripts already downloaded may stay in the tab's memory until you reload the page, but they stop sending new data.
- Strictly necessary cookies are not removed, because the site depends on them to work.
You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
9. Your rights as a data subject
The LGPD grants you, among others, the rights to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of data processed on the basis of consent, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the period set by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
Whenever there is a relevant change to categories, purposes or providers, the consent policy version is incremented and the notice is shown again so you can make a new choice.
